The Women's Wellness Series presents

Menopause:
The Change, the Chaos & the Comeback

The Conversation We’re Finally Having

Join us on
Saturday, April 18th from 9:30 AM to 12:00 Noon
for an engaging and informative session on exploring the challenges of menopause and beyond with practical strategies to navigate this time in your life with confidence.

Tired of Being Told “It’s Just Part of Aging”?

You’re not alone — and you’re not imagining it.

Are you feeling worn down by:

  • Constant fatigue that never seems to lift

  • Brain fog and forgetfulness that shake your confidence

  • Mood swings, irritability, or feeling unlike yourself

  • Hot flashes that disrupt your day & night sweats that disrupt sleep

  • Weight gain that doesn’t respond the way it used to

  • Poor sleep that leaves you exhausted before the day even starts

  • Joint pain and stiffness that slow you down

  • Being dismissed, unheard, or unsure where to even begin

And what if you’re post-menopausal — but still experiencing many of these symptoms?

Menopause is a natural stage of life, but that doesn’t mean you should struggle through it confused, overwhelmed, or unsupported.

You’re Invited to a
Women’s Menopause Wellness Experience

This in-person session is designed to help you
understand what’s really happening in your body and,
more importantly, what you can do about it.

No fluff. No judgment.
Just clear, practical guidance in a supportive environment.

 You’ll Come Away With:

  • Clarity around the hormonal confusion and overwhelm

  • A deeper understanding of why you’re feeling the way you are

  • A concise, realistic plan to help ease symptoms

  • Tools to help you function better, feel stronger, and regain control in your day-to-day life
