Payments Terms & Conditions
Payment Options:
You have two options for payments.
1. Pay In Full - meaning you pay the whole price of the program up front.
2. Three Payment Plan - meaning you pay over the course of 3 months.
Guarantee/Refunds
This program and all its fees including extra fees are non-refundable.
Ongoing Access
Program Access
Upon receipt of your payment you will get immediate access to The Memory Method Program, The Memory Method Program content hub and you can request access to the Facebook specific program. The Memory Method Program is set up to be a 3-month long program. You will have access to the program content hub and program specific Facebook group for that time period.
Facebook Access
Upon completion of The Memory Method Program you will lose access to the program specific Facebook group. You will have ongoing access to the general Facebook group.
Ongoing Coaching
Once your program is complete in The Memory Method Program you may continue with ongoing personal or group coaching calls. This will allow you the opportunity to receive continued support, coaching and knowledge, as well as receive answers to any additional questions that come up over time. The Memory Method Program reserves the right to change this format.
Call Cancellation/No Show
1:1 cancellation/reschedule
If you need to reschedule or cancel your program 1:1 call with me, you must give NO LESS than 24-hours notice to reschedule or cancel. You are allowed to cancel/ reschedule only two times before you forfeit the 1:1 call. If you do need to reschedule, you will do so using the online calendar.
No show
If you “no show” on your call you will be given 1 allowable reschedule with a $25 fee charged to the credit card on file. If you “no show” a second time, there will be an additional $25 fee that will be charged to the credit card on file and you will forfeit the 1:1 call.
Group calls
Weekly group calls are for your benefit. They occur weekly and this gives you an opportunity to ask questions. If you cannot make it, that is okay! You are still encouraged to ask a question as we will go through it during the call so that you can watch the replay on your own time and get the answer to your question.
Decline Payment
If payment is declined, you will have 3 business days to remedy this. After 3 business days if no updated payment form is received you will be removed from any and all access to The Memory Method Program. The Memory Method Program including but not limited to the program specific Facebook group, the group coaching calls and the content hub. Discounts
The Memory Method Program reserves the right to discount programs for any reason at any time.
Missed Deadline
Discounts, promotions or other short-term pricing changes will expire at the end of the business day on the date of expiration. Discounts will not be honored after they have expired.

In attending the group calls you understand that any and all clients will have access to the videos at any time, which includes and is not limited to information about you. The group calls are not mandatory but are highly encouraged to answer questions.
